What's My Approach to Therapy?
We are a practice of clinicians who are dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care. We believe you are an expert on your life, and so we support you in identifying your goals and partner with you on your journey of growth. We believe that you are more likely to change, when you decide the steps you're willing to take.
We believe that our thoughts impact how we feel and behave and so in order to change how you're feeling or your actions, we look at your thoughts to see if there are negative thoughts to counter and replace. We also believe that our core beliefs inform our thoughts, and so we examine your beliefs to determine if you have any beliefs about yourself, others, or the world that are harmful.
