My Approach to Helping

I have extensive experience in Psychodynamic therapy and Schema therapy. I have found both to be highly effective in developing insight and implementing change. Comprehensive assessment and career testing is a practical, motivating tool to address professional challenges. 23-years of post-graduate training and experience is a solid foundation.

More Info About My Practice

Conducting psychotherapy and executive coaching through a culturally competent, LGBT-affirmative framework is a fundamentally different experience than traditional therapy. This approach allows the client to feel understood and validated in a more meaningful way, making it safer to examine aspects of life and careers that are not easy to reflect upon.
