What's My Approach to Therapy?

Do you feel like you've achieved some success in your education or career, yet still find yourself struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, romantic relationships, family conflicts, cultural identity, or wanting to connect with your innermost desire? These things can often make people feel lost or unfulfilled. I'm dedicated to providing quality services to each client and helping them effectively resolve their problems, so they can build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I tailor my interventions to meet the needs of each client. My treatment is grounded in psychodynamic theory and incorporates modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and nonviolent communication, to help you confidently navigate stressors in life. I'm also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

I look forward to supporting you on your journey of healing and growth. Contact me to discuss your concerns and find out how I can help you overcome the challenges you are facing now, so you can start building a life you desire.
