I tailor my interventions to meet the needs of each client. My treatment is grounded in psychodynamic theory and incorporates modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and nonviolent communication, to help you confidently navigate stressors in life.
