My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling to move forward in your life? Whether it’s crippling anxiety, fear, depression, loneliness, stress, relationship/family issues or trauma, there is hope. I have been helping adults who struggle with these problems for the past 5 years. It’s not easy to ask for help but it’s the first step in learning how to move forward in times when things feel hopeless.
I received my Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California. I have worked at a non-profit counseling center that served a wide variety of clients including children, adolescents and couples. I have also worked in addiction treatment centers helping adults who struggle with a wide variety of mental health issues along with addiction.
I have helped numerous clients improve their quality of life. My clients have struggled with various issues, giving them hope for a more positive future. I am educated in various modalities and evidenced based practices that give me the ability to help those struggling from emotionally dark places get to a more stable and happy place in their lives.
