My Approach to Helping
I believe that the most important aspect of psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship. Creating a relationship based on trust and acceptance are key to any therapeutic process. I use the therapeutic relationship to challenge my clients to grow and discover new ways of being in the world and learn how to develop healthy coping skills. My approach to therapy is guided by the unique needs and personality of my clients as well as my training in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, experientialhumanistic therapies and conflict-resolution.
