My Approach to Helping
Men and women of all ages come to see me in therapy to explore healthy ways to cope with anger, irritability, difficulty with concentration and focus, and for support through their 12 step recovery. If you have found it difficult to cope with uncomfortable feelings, struggle with negative self-talk, experience low self-esteem, or are struggling with isolation, anger, panic attacks, and or hopelessness then I can assist you in navigating your journey to health and wellness.
I have my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California and for the past 7 years, I have worked in substance abuse and mental health treatment facilities. On top of working in these facilities, I know what it means to work my own 12 step program and attend therapy regularly. You are not alone.
It can be anxiety-provoking to even open up this website and contemplate seeing a therapist, trust me, I have been there and it is not fun.
