Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Many people still think that going to therapy means something is "wrong" with you. These are simply misconceptions based on lack of knowledge and experience regarding therapy. Fear of the unknown is common and therapy is a big unknown for many.
