More Info About My Practice

In the individual work we do, I often incorporate basic yoga movements to decrease anxious feelings and manage depression, and to increase attention and empathy. I also utilize mindfulness methods to help you cope and manage day-to-day difficult feelings such as anger, grief, loneliness, sadness, etc.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I have experienced many losses and disappointments at a very early age. I have battled issues of anxiety and past trauma that have encouraged me to find answers and remedies to heal my emotional pain. I know from experience what it is like to live with feelings of anxiety and a lack of control. I can understand the pain that you may be going through. I am here to provide you with the unconditional active listening and support that I wished I had while going through moments of anguish, desperation, and no answers. I am now a better therapist because of my life experiences, especially the challenging experience of overcoming disappointment, hurt, abandonment, loneliness and finding inner peace. I am here to help you on that journey as life can often bring unexpected life events that so often are out of our control. I am here to support you, and be your cheerleader, in overcoming your pain and struggles and to work together to find your happy medium.
