In today's world, it is vital to have fulfilling relationships with ourselves and with other people. When we face challenges in life, we encounter new opportunities to deepen our interpersonal connections and promote personal growth.
Making the decision to seek therapy is an important step toward improving your life. However, many people find that making this decision is far from easy. There are a multitude of things that may rob of us the time or financial justification to focus on ourselves. As a therapist, my job is to provide the support you need while respecting your available time and resources.
My counseling style is grounded in compassion, connection, and commitment. As I work with you in treatment, I will help you improve your current strengths and develop new skills to help you manage your personal issues. My therapeutic approach incorporates techniques from a range empirically-supported modalities such as parent-child interaction therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy.
I am here to help you set and achieve meaningful treatment goals, while addressing any other concerns that may arise during therapy. Take the step to a better life, today.
