Is life living up to your expectations? Are you satisfied with your relationships, family life and career choices? Whether you're a couple struggling to get along, a young professional unsure of your path, or a parent worried about your child, you will likely find great benefit in taking the time to identify what is working well and address what is not.
Compassion, connection and commitment to your needs are the foundation of what I offer. I will support and guide you through the process of unlocking new opportunities to thrive and connect with others. I will be your ally, yet I will challenge you at times to move beyond limiting patterns of thinking or behavior.
My approach draws on a variety of proven techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). We will celebrate and leverage your strengths, examine your patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and develop new skills and techniques to help you achieve a more satisfying life.

More Info About My Practice
The decision to seek therapy is an important step toward meaningful improvements your life. However, I know there are a multitude of things that compete for your time and financial resources to focus on yourself.
As a therapist, I believe my job is to provide the support you need while respecting your time and resources. I will work collaboratively with you to set measurable goals for therapy, which we will track along the way, to ensure we keep focused on the issues that are most important to you.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Two main areas of focus in my practice are:
1) Supporting young professionals with relationships issues, anxiety and transitions
2) Strengthening families and addressing child and family-related issues (family of origin wounds, parenting challenges and discipline, the impact of divorce and separation, work/life balance, parent-child relationships).
I have extensive experience working with youth and families, have worked in elementary, middle and high schools, and am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
