Do you find your relationships unsatisfying and frustrating? Are you constantly fighting with a loved one? You are not alone! Let me help.
I have considerable experience with, and really enjoy, helping clients who are managing challenging relationships. These relationships may be between spouses, friends, roommates, mother/daughter, father/son, life partners, etc. I believe that satisfying relationships contribute significantly to our joy. Therefore, I find it exceptionally meaningful to help others develop the necessary tools to improve the quality of their relationships.
In addition to relationship work, I see individuals who may be challenged by low self esteem, depression and/or anxiety, and life transitions. I additionally see Parents of Special Needs Children (I have a special needs child), Teens, Individual Adults, and Couples.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I most enjoy helping people realize that they do not have to manage their problems alone; together we can identify and address their life challenges. I ultimately want clients to know that I am here to support them and help them no matter what their circumstances may be.
Ultimately, I feel honored that individuals share intimate details of their lives with me.
What Makes up a Problem?
A problem, in a therapeutic sense, is anything that interferes with one feeling peace or joy in their life. These "problems" can reveal themselves in many ways; in relationships, through low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, etc. I can help you discover where the "problem" lies in your life and together we can create a plan to address it.
