I believe that everyone has personal resources to overcome their challenges however many people are challenged by negative thinking patterns, self-doubt and the inability to see themselves or their problems with any clarity. Since our identity is largely formed in childhood many of our challenges stem from how are caregivers relate to us therefore exploring our early relationships and life experience is quite valuable as a framework for understanding current problems. As a caring, skilled professional I can help you gain self-awareness, understanding and skills to navigate any situation or circumstance successfully.
