My Approach to Helping
I believe at some point in everyone's life therapy could be a useful resource to help sort through whatever barriers are getting in the way of finding happiness.
In our sessions, I will use an interactive approach so that we can explore the underlying meanings and patterns that may be affecting your behavior, emotions, and ways of thinking.

More Info About My Practice
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, and/or relationship issues. I also teach stress-reduction techniques, communication strategies, and anger management skills that can be used in everyday life.
My office has free parking and is close to public transportation. I do take some insurances and have a sliding-scale fee.
