I primarily work with adults navigating grief, trauma, and anxiety, offering both individual and group support. Together we will tailor an approach that fits you best, pulling from evidence-based treatment methods such as CBT, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and other psychodynamic approaches. We will work together to help you develop coping skills, build resiliency, and enhance self-awareness to help you reach your goals. If you're facing challenges and need support, I'm here to help.
