Everyone carries their own struggles, and I want you to know you're not alone. I'm here to support you through the difficult times—to sit with you in the darkness and help you discover your way back to the light. I primarily work with adults navigating grief, trauma, and anxiety, offering both individual and group support.
Together we will tailor an approach that fits you best, pulling from evidence-based treatment methods such as CBT, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and other psychodynamic approaches. We will work together to help you develop coping skills, build resiliency, and enhance self-awareness to help you reach your goals.
