What's My Approach to Therapy?

Are you feeling stressed out and tired of taking care of everything yourself? Have you been waiting for things to get better, but instead they're getting worse? And have you been wanting to talk to someone, but it just hadn't felt like the right time yet. I help people get through difficult transitions and manage high conflict situations through insight-oriented and solution-focused techniques in therapy.

I am trained in brief, evidence-based therapies, and also have a teaching background. Others usually describe me as "a caring listener who offers useful feedback" and I am here to help whenever you are ready to get started. Click the link above to call or email today.

My Practice & Services

If you are struggling and you don't know what to do, or if you suspect ADHD andor Autism Spectrum and want a more definitive answer, I offer psychologicalneuropsych evaluations for children (ages 8+), adolescents, and adults. These tests can identify emotional, behavioral, and academic problems, as well as offer recommendations for treatment.
