My Approach to Helping
My approach to couple therapy is using an Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT helps people step out of negative patterns and helps to create a new sense of loving connection. 86 percent of couples report feeling happier in their relationships after completing EFT couple therapy. Studies of EFT have shown a 75% long-lasting success rate.

I have experience working with families, adolescents and couples, from a variety of backgrounds. I believe in treatment from a systemic and multidisciplinary approach and enjoy collaborating with clients in order to create a treatment plan that is unique to them.
