My Approach to Helping
Sometimes life throws us curve balls, but that does not mean if you swing, you’ll miss. Being able to take a step back, observe the situation from a different perspective and being able to come back to the bat is always an option. Let me help you explore those options. No matter how big or small, having a listening ear can solve many problems. I currently hold a licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I enjoy working with ages 16 and older and adults. I have experience in depression, anxiety and addictions. Having a religious background, I am familiar with issues and conflicts that can arise in that area as well.
