Jennifer Young is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 21 years of experience. She uses the cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy & specializes in Christian counseling addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships & grief. Jennifer works with adults & couples, often exploring attachment & relationship styles influencing clients’ abilities to cope with feelings. She can help you in reducing anxiety, depression, or loneliness, and many other uncomfortable emotions. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Studies from the University of Missouri. Licensed in 2002, Jennifer has a great deal of experience working with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma & relationships. Jennifer is known for helping clients bring up difficult topics while still feeling safe. Jennifer has a great deal of compassion for what others are going through.
