My Approach to Helping

My therapeutic style is dynamic, genuine, and straight forward. My aim is to help you set realistic goals, identify unhealthy patterns, and understand the underlying causes of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Many of my clients have reported reduced panic attacks, diminished desire to use alcohol or food to numb their emotional pain, a clearer cultural and racial identity, as well as learning crucial skills to identify “red flags” in relationships. With consistent hard work, we can replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with confidence, peace, and genuine joy in your life.
