My therapeutic style is dynamic, genuine, and straight forward. My aim is to help you set realistic goals, identify unhealthy patterns, and understand the underlying causes of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through my past work with both competitive athletes and at-risk populations, I have learned that people are incredibly resilient. With hard work and a strong desire to heal and grow, you can become the confident person with the belief that your needs and presence matter.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of New York. In addition to having earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I also hold a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
