My Approach to Helping

If you have ever felt angry, lonely, or overwhelmed, you are not alone. Life can be stressful at times. We all need some guidance and support at different stages of life. And finding the right therapist in New York City can be a challenging and often overwhelming experience.

My therapeutic style is dynamic, genuine, and straight forward. My aim is to help you set realistic goals, identify unhealthy patterns, and understand the underlying causes of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through my past work with both competitive athletes and at-risk populations, I have learned that people are incredibly resilient, and that everyone is capable of making positive changes through hard work.

I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of New York. In addition to having earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I also hold a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
