My motto is that therapy should be collaborative, and we will work together on bringing you closer to the life you want to live. I play an active role in therapy, and I also believe therapy should feel natural and be a space where you feel at ease. Whether you\'re struggling with anxiety, depression, or a variety of other life stressors, I will bring compassion, focus, and a large toolbox of actionable strategies that you can walk out the door with and implement in your daily life.

As an adjunct to specializing in Anxiety disorders, Dr. Gindy is an expert at treating people with problematic sleep. She utilizes evidence-based strategies, supported by science, to help individuals improve their sleep over the course of several sessions.
