I am committed to providing research-tested treatments that we know are effective at improving your quality of life and relationships. Together, we'll figure out your goals and work very actively to accomplish them. If you commit to practicing the new skills you learn in therapy, I'll commit to being your guide, coach, and biggest supporter. I practice CBT and DBT, two highly effective therapy models.
