My Approach to Helping
Everyone can use a little help sometimes, so don’t be ashamed if you find yourself wanting to talk to a therapist. Life could be going very smoothly for you, and it seemed as if nothing could ever go wrong to get you to feel bad. But life is unpredictable that way. Regardless of how strong you may have been, sometimes, you may feel that you have reached the end of your rope and want to seek out professional help. Let’s get straight to the stigma about counseling. Counseling is not for people who are “crazy.” It is for all people who recognize that they could use some help to feel better, to gain clarity into their situations, and develop better coping skills to manage their problems.
