As my client, you are able to be yourself in session as we work together on identifying what is causing your anxiety. Together we will work on developing coping skills that you can use outside of therapy to help manage your day to day stressors. It is essential that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative. With my help, you will be able to overcome and manage those obstacles and live your life to the fullest.
