I am a firm believer in the healing power of human connection and know that the therapeutic relationship is as important as any other aspect of a positive therapy experience. My approach is a combination of Interpersonal and CBT modalities, which will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts and behaviors and supply you with skills you need to overcome your individual challenges.
My clinical experience includes work with adolescents and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance use disorders, academic stress, interpersonal relationship issues, and maladaptive coping mechanisms.
