My Approach to Helping

I'm a grounded therapist who is curious about my clients' experiences and healing. I show up to undo aloneness, be present in the difficult moments of processing pain, and celebrate successes. Addressing stressors is important, but so is naming what’s going well. I will encourage you to get to know your bright spots and support you in welcoming more peace and joy into your life.

More Info About My Practice

I believe that individuals are the experts on their own lived experiences and I affirm all sexual and gender identities. I also understand that human well-being is in many ways radical, and the concept can be challenging to even conceptualize in a globalized world. As a therapist and person, I value liberation and safety for people and our environment in all forms.
