My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about helping my clients unveil their shame. My motto is "There's always a mask in the room" which simply means that we have all had our share of being or becoming something we are not, to hide what we don't want others to see. With that in mind, I ensures that my clients know that once they enter counseling, they can lay down their masks with the end goal being, never feeling the need to pick up their mask again. I am committed to helping my clients find themselves, build confidence and break negative cycles that contribute to unhealthy habits.
I help clients address a range of issues which include loss and grief, depression, anxiety, inattention, mood disorders, trauma, relational conflicts, familial concerns, and behavior management. I believe in working in collaboration with clients, utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges to effectively achieve their goals.
