My Approach to Helping
Using a warm, supportive approach, I help adult women & men overcome mental health issues that stand in the way of happiness and life satisfaction. I believe in your ability to heal and find solutions when you have the right kind support. I will be a partner on your journey to build towards the life you want. I support clients with concerns including anxious thoughts, low self-esteem, depression & motivation as obstacles to self-care & goal attainment, healing after a traumatic experience, unhealthy patterns in relationships, emotional barriers to weight loss for health, challenges building a family, pregnancy loss & trying again.

I provide techniques that can help you begin to feel a little better right away, and through our work over time: a greater sense of empowerment, healthier relationships, improved self-value, and resilience in navigating what your journey brings. I use a blend of modalities including cognitive behavioral skills, EMDR, yoga and mindfulness techniques and more.
