My Approach to Helping

I believe therapy is an opportunity to embrace change and to see ourselves more fully. I use an integrative approach to help empower clients to reach their fullest potential. My style balances warmth and empathy created in a safe space with a bit of a sense of humor and creativity to help relax and engage clients.

As a doctoral candidate for a Doctor of Behavioral Health, helping clients manage or eliminate behavioral patterns is a specialty that I strive to perfect. Collaboratively, we will address issues and concerns of anxiety, depression, intimacy problems, lifespan transitions, sexual dysfunction, relationship conflicts, gender, and sexual identity.

When working with you, I approach treatment from a culturally sensitive lens, honing in on your needs and goals. I aim to promote resilience and empowerment by cultivating an affirming therapeutic relationship addressing your needs. Please feel free to reach out for a free phone or video consultation. I am here to help.
