My Approach to Helping
As a therapist and a clinical social worker, I am here to help you work through any struggles and/or concerns you may be grappling with. Perhaps you believe that it is time to make positive changes in your life or maybe you would like to become more self-aware and gain better insight about what would truly make your happy. Forming a therapeutic relationship and working with the right counselor can help us to feel more supported in our everyday lives. My extensive experience in the outpatient setting and in my private practice taught me to consider all the unique aspects of one's life when creating the right counseling approach. This includes looking at your daily habits, current stressors, past traumatic experiences, family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, living environment and many other factors.
