My Approach to Helping

Do you find yourself relentlessly pursuing the expectations of others without considering what you expect or want for yourself? Early adulthood can be tumultuous, with major life transitions, evolving relationship dynamics, and challenging academic or professional responsibilities. Frequent changes and uncertainty may leave you feeling burned out and may trigger stress, frustration, or symptoms of anxiety or depression. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by everything that we believe we need to do and need to be. Are you looking for a more balanced, manageable, and stable lifestyle?

Our sessions will be a welcoming space for you to be heard and to process your thoughts and feelings. Together we will explore your patterns of behavior and self-talk to collaboratively work towards your goals. This personalized approach will help you build confidence, manage stress, and effectively communicate with those who surround you.

It can feel scary to begin or return to therapy but I am here to support you! You and I will leverage your strengths and make small changes to fill your life with meaning and purpose. The only thing standing in the way of starting this process is reaching out. Do it; make the investment in your happiness and success.
