My Approach to Helping
Creating peace and focus in your life will make you a better friend, a better partner, and a better version of yourself. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, finding yourself, building self esteem, and or learning to manage stress, I’ll work with you to maintain presence, build stronger connections, and discover a new sense of purpose.
My clients are college students and early adults—especially young men—who need support adapting to and finding stability in a changing world. They might be anxious, depressed, or unsure of themselves, but ready to make a change so they can be successful, optimistic, and confident.
I give my clients the space to be their authentic selves, find empowerment, and gain clarity around where they want to be in life. Through mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy, we’ll create an environment to discuss your past struggles, rewrite unhelpful thought patterns, and become the best possible version of yourself.
