Kids and teens can have a very difficult time adjusting to their new responsibilities and pressures as they grow up. If you worried about your kids self esteem, stress level, anger or anxiety levels or their friend development, counseling can help. Erin has several after school and evening spots still available to work with your child or teen. Erin really enjoys working with adolescents and teens, offering practical, person centered therapy to help your child improve their self esteem and sense of self.
Using a collaborate approach, your child can be empowered to manage their feeling with more skills and knowledge. Using practical, trauma informed grounding skills like mindfulness can help your kids learn to live more peacefully and improve their relationships with you and their peers.
