I strive to help people stop fighting their inner experience and start understanding it—building self-compassion, stability, and trust in the body and mind as healing unfolds. I am collaborative and empowering and work at a gentle pace to help people regulate, set boundaries, and trust their sensitivity rather than override it. I strive to be an emotionally attuned, trauma-informed, and nervous-system aware therapist.
My Practice & Services
I don't believe that one model works for everyone in every situation. That is why I integrate different techniques from a variety of models, including body-oriented psychotherapies, mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed models, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Flash Technique, creative expression, ways to regulate the nervous system, and practical approaches.

My struggles with depression, anxiety and relationship issues has provided me with a deep compassion and understanding for other people struggling with life issues.
