My Approach to Helping
Practicing as a psychotherapist is an honor as I am allowed in to intimate moments of struggle, courage, and healing. I am engaged, curious, compassionate, reflective and collaborative. I focus on possibilities and growth. I believe that, no matter what we\'ve been through, we all have within us a part that is wise, compassionate, confident, calm, and relational, and I am a catalyst to helping clients strengthen this part. I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and am in the process of earning my Certificate in Internal Family Systems. I also incorporate other modalities, as appropriate, to help people lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
