My Approach to Helping

Erin Easley’s practice is focused on assisting clients in identifying traumatic triggers and events which have greatly impaired their ability to function on a daily basis. She also works with those suffering from depression, anxiety, and personality disorders, and currently works with children ages 14 and up as well as adults. She specializes in addiction and trauma-focused therapy regarding abuse, traumatic events, and substance abuse. She believes in providing thorough, specialized care that will promote long-term solutions. Erin completed her Master of Community Counseling at Webster University. She is a former military spouse with experience navigating the stressors and joys of military life. This, along with her professional experience, helps her provide guidance and support to her clients. Erin utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. We all go through challenges in life. Erin is confident that she would be able to support you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with.
