What's My Approach to Therapy?

Many of the individuals and couples I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply caring—yet feel disconnected from themselves, their partner, or a deeper sense of meaning in their lives. Often, they’ve tried to “do all the right things,” but something essential still feels missing.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not only through insight, but through embodied awareness, emotional honesty, and relational safety. I integrate depth-oriented psychotherapy with mindfulness and somatic awareness to help clients understand the patterns shaping their inner world and relationships—and to gently transform them.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and identity shifts. In couples therapy, I help partners move out of reactivity and disconnection and into greater presence, trust, and emotional intimacy. This includes strengthening communication, repairing emotional bonds, and rediscovering a sense of alignment and vitality in the relationship.

My Practice & Services

My practice is structured, collaborative, and oriented toward meaningful change. While insight and emotional awareness are essential, I believe therapy is most effective when it leads to practical shifts in how clients think, relate, and live day to day.

I work actively with individuals and couples to identify recurring patterns, clarify values, and develop concrete tools that support emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making. Sessions often include reflection, skill-building, and clear focus areas so clients can apply what we explore in real-world situations between sessions.

With couples, the work is especially relational and experiential. I help partners move out of reactive cycles and into more intentional, respectful, and connected ways of relating—strengthening trust, improving communication, and creating a foundation that supports long-term partnership and growth.

This practice is well suited for individuals and couples who want therapy that is thoughtful and emotionally attuned, yet also practical, directive when helpful, and oriented toward forward movement rather than open-ended processing alone.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

I am an unbiased person who can help you work through things that are taking up a lot of your mental capacity. Instead of ruminating alone about problems in your life, it is important to express your concerns to start working on long term change. I am non judgmental and very hopeful that everyone can accomplish their goals with a little help.

My Therapy Focus

I help individuals and couples create meaningful change in how they relate to themselves, their partners, and the deeper values that guide their lives. My work is collaborative, relational, and action-oriented?integrating depth-oriented therapy with practical tools that support emotional regulation, clear communication, and aligned decision-making.

With couples, I focus on restoring emotional safety, trust, and intimacy by helping partners move out of reactive patterns and into more conscious, connected ways of relating. When helpful, conversations around meaning and spirituality are gently integrated in a way that supports wholeness and growth.
