What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you feel like you're living on autopilot or watching your life from the sidelines, you aren't alone. I offer a space that is warm, authentic, and deeply relational. Rather than rushing through a protocol to "fix" you, I meet you exactly where you are. My style is attuned and non-judgmental, welcoming all the different parts of your experience.

My Practice & Services

I specialize in helping adults navigate complex trauma, dissociation, and nervous system dysregulation. Many of my clients are "Therapy Veterans" who have hit a plateau in talk therapy and still feel braced for danger. We move at your pace, integrating EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy to help your system finally realize the threat is over.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I believe healing isn't just about understanding your history; it's about helping your system learn that it's safe in the present. The purpose of our work isn't just to talk about what happened, but to help the different parts of your experience realize that the danger is over. It's a gentle process of reconnection where we move at the pace of your nervous system, not just your logical mind.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

It's completely normal to feel hesitant, especially if you've survived by disconnecting. My first priority is always your safety and stabilization. We won't "flood" your system or dive into traumatic memories before you're ready; instead, we focus on building your capacity for calm and presence. We'll move at your pace, ensuring you feel grounded and supported every step of the way.
