Specializing in working with clients experiencing PTSD, Military Veterans, Individuals with Mood Disorders, Mens Issues, Stress Management, Life Management Coaching, EthnicCultural Issues, and Anxiety, Jamie brings added value to therapy with unique perspective from lived experience. As an immigrant from Taiwan, Jamie grew up in a rough area of NYC overcoming adversity, trauma, and familial generational trauma to later join the Army as an Infantryman after 911 serving for three years including a tour in Iraq in 2004. While at his last duty station, Jamie fell in love with Texas and has made it his home. After his time in the Army, Jamie reflected on his own life while searching for ways to serve the community, and found the counseling program at St. Edward's University in Austin and enrolled.
