My Approach to Helping
All of us hit points in our lives when we need a little extra help. Whether it is facing a new crisis, struggling with difficulties in a relationship, or coping with a long-standing mental health issue such as anxiety or depression, therapy can be helpful by providing a space for growth, change, and healing. Throughout my over ten years of practicing psychotherapy, I have felt privileged to witness and be a part of that healing process.
My style is casual and conversational. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and comfortable atmosphere, in which you can feel safe examining and talking about all aspects of yourself and your life. Together, we will work to identify your unique goals and the best path to achieving those goals.
