Wellness is the process of recognizing your inner power and learning to love yourself unconditionally. My mission is to empower you to embody your truest, most authentic self so you can feel confident, build stronger relationships, and live your life to the fullest.
Therapy is your vehicle. It’s a place to unpack buried emotions, build a strong sense of self, and discover who you are. Many people navigating issues around immigration, culture, and identity might find themselves feeling torn between the old and the new. I’ll ask a lot of guiding questions to facilitate reflection, process what arises, and unearth a new understanding of your experiences.
