My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling with disconnection, loneliness, depression or anxiety? Do you feel anxiety that is keeping you from following your dreams and holding you back? In sessions I provide a warm and safe space for you to freely express yourself. Together we will work collaboratively to address the anxiety, depression and other symptoms hindering you in life. We will work together to understand the root of these issues and challenge the thinking patterns and behaviors that repeats themselves, keeping you in a negative loop. The tools that I will provide will help you gain more insight and understanding of yourself and work towards meaningful change and growth.
