My Approach to Helping
Life can be overwhelming, but there is no need to embark on your journey alone. As a licensed mental health counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to examine the obstacles you are facing so that we can explore how to move forward. Some of the issues I help with include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma, addictive behavior, and grief and loss.
I have over 8 years in mental health practice. I draw from cognitive behavioral, person centered, and psychodynamic schools of therapy to help address issues in a goal oriented way while acknowledging the influence of past events on who and where we are today.
