My Approach to Helping
Life can be overwhelming, but there is no need to embark on this journey alone. As a licensed mental health counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to examine the obstacles you are facing so that we can strategically explore how to move forward. Some of the issues I help with include relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictive behavior, as well as grief and loss.
I have had over 7 years in mental health practice. I tend to integrate cognitive behavioral, person centered, and psychodynamic schools of therapy to help address issues in a goal-oriented way while acknowledging the influence of past events on who and where we are today.
