I provide a safe place for you to process your emotions and get your life to feel the way YOU want it to be. I have several years of experience providing counseling. I am a mother, a friend, & a real person who has the professional education & experience to assist you. We do not all fit in a box and what works for some people does not work for others. I use all of my experience and training to provide you with the therapy that is a good fit for your personal situation.
I provide in-person or teletherapy (HIPPA compliant online video counseling). Nowadays we all have busy schedules, & getting out to drive through traffic, find parking & go to an appointment can be a burden. With teletherapy, you receive counseling in the convenience of your home.
