What's My Approach to Therapy?
Psychotherapy can help end depression, anxiety, and bothersome thoughts and behaviors; it can alleviate pain and help you to enjoy life more. I specialize in helping clients discover and resolve the root cause(s) of their symptoms and also help them to understand how maladaptive thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors keep them from achieving their goals and attaining happiness; they learn to free up energy for making positive changes in their lives. My Practice & Services
My clients are between the ages of 18 and 65. I am most effective with clients seeking relief from depression, anxiety, career workplace issues, stress, low confidence, low self-esteem, and others; any of these take enjoyment from life, and therapy can help resolve these issues. I am formally educated and trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, but psychodynamic psychotherapy is not right for every client, and drawing upon training in, and experience with other approaches, I can offer an approach that meets your needs.
