My Approach to Therapy

My name is Stephanie and I'm the proud owner of Live, Love, Loud Mental Health Counseling PLLC. We work with adults and seniors, individuals, couples, families, and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, and identity issues. We help by allowing you to tell your story, tap into your individual strengths to facilitate healing, achieve greater emotional intelligence, develop healthier communication styles, and overcome your life challenges. Within a strength-based, client-centered environment, we utilize an eclectic approach using elements of solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.
