I believe in providing meaningful, purposeful, and evidence-based psychological services to the community. I use a collaborative and problem solving approach. Using principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive psychology, I work to help clients become engaged in their life and to experience meaningful success as well as loving and fulfilling relationship with others.

Sessions may take place in the office, online at the Virtual Office, over the telephone,or at a another community location, depending on your individual needs and the goals and purpose of services. Fees are flexible and vary, depending on location and type of service. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. In-home behavioral consultations are available for Long Island families. Online sessions are conducted via a HIPAA Secure Client Portal for NY residents.
E-therapy services in the Virtual Office include face-to-face video sessions, e-mail support, journaling, and online chat.
