My Approach to Helping
Sometimes all we need is space to pause and reflect on our needs, a moment to detangle our experiences and care for ourselves. If you’ve been adjusting to recent changes in your life, reassessing your career, or searching for a deeper sense of connection in your relationships and with yourself, I want to encourage you for taking this step for your wellbeing. I’m a holistic therapist that works with women to explore the roots of who they are, while supporting them to feel present and authentically themselves.
My approach considers the whole person and integrates mindfulness and self-compassion to build awareness and skills for self-care practices, work-life balance, and mind-body connection. I have a background as a yoga teacher and strive to foster a collaborative environment that feels similar to a class: open, attentive, and healing. My hope is that through our work, you will experience easeful personal growth that will empower you to move forward in life in a way that aligns with your values.
