My Approach to Helping
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I can work with you to change the negative thoughts and behaviors that may be affecting you. Whether you are coping with sadnesses or stress as a result of COVID-19, or struggling with anxiety, relationship or self-esteem issues, I can provide you with the tools to lead a more enjoyable and satisfying life. Together we will break down the patterns that may be getting you stuck, and help you to move toward your goals. Currently all sessions will be conducted using teletherapy to ensure your safety and comfort during this time.
More Info About My Practice
I work with adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of issues. At the start of treatment, we will discuss your goals so that I can create an individualized and evidence-based treatment plan. All of this will be done within a warm and supportive environment.
During this difficult time, I am also offering clients the unique opportunity for one session consultations to manage any recent stressors. This includes (but is not limited to) parenting issues, relationships, or general feelings of anxiety and hopelessness during this uncertain time. Please contact me for details or questions.
