I believe in the power of therapy to heal and to bring a shift in ones perceptions. My effort is to engage the other in a cooperative process and in doing so to open all kinds of other possibilities in one's life. I have worked as a therapist for quite a few years and feel that the initial coming to the office is a difficult first step, but one that in the end will enable you to have a better quality of life.
