You can expect support, compassion and attentive listening as you present your situation. My intent is to optimize your coping skills during your challenging time. If you are feeling uncertain about a matter causing you distress, do not overwhelm yourself by dealing with it alone. Our real and valid concerns can cause us to worry or sometimes feel sad. You are taking the healthy approach to seek professional guidance.
