With over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, I specialize in person-centered therapy, which enables me to create individualized treatment for each client I meet. Psychological evaluations are also offered to assess for attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), learning challenges, autism spectrum, and developmental delays. At our practice, we use humanistic therapy techniques. I employ a range of techniques, including play therapy, sandplay therapy, expressive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and person-centered therapy. I believe that every individual or family is unique, and the treatment should be catered to their needs.
