My Approach to Helping
Does anyone understand me? I wish someone listened to my voice. Why don't my family and friends just give me space? Are all therapists the same?
If any of those questions or statements seem familiar, please continue to read the rest of my profile.
I consider myself to be a laid-back counselor who offers an eclectic style of therapy. My approach is simple: listen to your needs, understand who you are, see if we are the right fit for each other, and make a decision to see how we can move forward together.
I will always put you first. I take pride in my work. What that means to you: You will always get 100% of my effort. We will work together to make sure that your life gets back on track.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
The purpose of counseling is to make things complete again. We all need adjustments, both big and small. The beauty of this process is that you are able to gain clarity within a specific part of your life. The process of counseling allows you to gain new viewpoint, utilize the teaching moments , and prepare yourself for a season of positive growth and change.
What I Usually Need to Know to Help
Honesty is the best policy. The more information you provide me, the better help I can provide you. Imagine if you were handed a box of 500 puzzle pieces. You have tried to work on this puzzle alone and were not happy with the results of your efforts. Let's imagine if we both work on this puzzle together. Over time, the puzzle becomes more and more complete. Let's work together so that we can create a complete puzzle.
